The simplest way to place an order is to follow the instructions while browsing through our catalog. Click on basket to view all items selected. When you decide to check out, any taxes or transportation costs applicable will be added. Choose your method of payment, either by credit card or Paypal, and complete the required forms. Keep a copy of the confirmation of your order and payment. This remains your proof of purchase.
You can also fax us your order at 418-523-2274. The order will be sent upon receipt of full payment.
If you are a merchant, you can open a merchant account with us. E-mail at info@baskinnovations.comor fax at 418-523-2274 your request and we will forward a credit application form.
Delivery delays may vary depending on manufacturers presented on our website. Each item listed has a notice on approximate delivery delay. Those delays do not include transportation delays.
Our default carrier is accelerated mail and transportation charges vary according to total number of items. Please note that transportation fees are extra, and may vary according to location. Regular transportation delay varies between 3 and 10 working days. We may however use other carriers when it is more advantageous for you, our customers, but the prices will remain the same. (Example: location or size of shipment) You may request another carrier if you provide us your transportation number account. For those cases, you must contact us, since the transportation fees are automatically added to your invoice when you use our checkout service on our website.

Since Bask innovations inc. is located in Quebec, Canada, we must charge sales tax (GST and QST) on all shipments to Quebec addresses. Other locations in Canada will be charged GST only. All orders shipped to locations outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax on our invoices.
If duty charges or other forms of taxes must be charged, they will be by a broker or third party and are the responsibility of the customer. No such charges are included in our prices or invoices.

Within 10 days of the receipt of your order, you may return, less a 15% restocking fee, a product that has not been used, is in its original box/packaging, and is in resalable condition. The product cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The product must be enclosed in the original box/packaging with sufficient packaging material and have a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#), issued by bask innovations inc, on the returned box. To initiate the return process, send an email to info@baskinnovations.com clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return and the invoice number as a reference

Products that are damaged During Return Shipment
If the product is damaged during shipment back to our warehouse, Bask inc. will not be able to issue the customer a refund or credit for the product. We will inform the customer via email that the item(s) were received damaged and we will hold the damaged product up to 45 days. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. After the delay prescribed, the possibility of a refund will be cancelled.

The customer will be refunded (less applicable restocking fees) once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of product. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of RMA instructions.
Items returned will be issued a refund via the same method in which the item was purchased. Credit to the original credit card used in the purchase or via a check issued by Bask innovations inc. Refunds via check normally will be issued within 14 business days of final approval of receipt of return in good condition..
Items returned without the proper RMA or items returned to the wrong location may delay or completely cancel your refund.

Unshipped items can be cancelled within 24 hours of order, as long as the item was not manufactured specifically for you. Some items, while they can be cancelled, involve a manufacturer's cancellation fee, for which the customer is liable.
